Job summary

Herr Foods Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Inventory Control Coordinator in North East, MD. This full-time onsite role involves daily and cycle counts, maintaining AS400 records, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure inventory accuracy.

The position requires 1–3 years in logistics or warehousing, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of WMS/ERP systems. A retention bonus may apply and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 17+ years old; working papers if under 18.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Work in wet/humid conditions, extreme cold/heat.
• Basic math for unit conversions and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain AS400 inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze variances and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare inventory reports for the Sales team and other departments.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy.
