Job summary

Americold is seeking an Inventory Control Associate (2nd Shift) to join our finance team. You will conduct counts, resolve discrepancies, and update records in the Warehouse Management System while supporting special projects and customer requests.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of office experience, familiarity with AS/400 and Microsoft Office, and a forklift license. Occasional travel and safety focus are included.

Qualifications

• Experience with AS/400 and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts, including cycle counts and full inventories.
• Record and communicate results; assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System and process adjustments.
• Assist with special projects and customer-specific inventory requests.
• Report operational errors impacting inventory performance.
• Promote a safe work environment by identifying and reporting safety concerns.
• May travel for business and visit warehouse operations in freezing temperatures.
