Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Aberdeen, MD to handle inventory using WMS and AS400, manage emails and customer portals, and keep precise records in a high-pressure warehouse.

The ideal candidate has warehouse inventory experience, high typing speed, strong computer skills, and a high school diploma.

Shift details include 2nd shift 4 pm–12:30 am and weekend shifts with OT opportunities; benefits include medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Prior experience specifically with Warehouse Inventory.
• Deep understanding of inventory flow, counts, and tracking.
• High typing speed and proficiency with computers, software, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Navigate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like AS400 to track and manage inventory.
• Handle professional email correspondence and customer portal management with speed and accuracy.
• Tackle order processing hurdles in a high-pressure, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and customer databases to maintain precise records.
• Prioritize urgent tasks in a 'beautifully chaotic' setting without losing focus.
