Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for the 2nd shift in California. You will supervise inventory control and warehouse operations, drive accuracy, and coach a team to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive performance.
Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing schedules to meet customer and company commitments.
Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance and operational success.
Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership, team members, and cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.
Resolve employee concerns, enforce company policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment.
Support safety, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards to maintain a clean and compliant operation.
