Qualifications

• At least 2 years in an injection molding technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with machine setup and mold changes.
• Ability to adjust processing parameters and understand machine operations.
• Technical or vocational training in injection molding, mechanical systems, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines for production runs.
• Perform mold changes including installation and removal.
• Prepare machines for production with startup and shutdown procedures.
• Adjust machine settings and processing parameters.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and molding process problems.
• Monitor machine operation to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve setup or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and production standards.
