Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wisconsin.

You will operate molding equipment, inspect parts, and ensure GMP/ISO 13485:2016 compliance while maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities include machine operation, quality inspection, data reporting, and coordinating with mold techs or maintenance to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Injection molding background is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and with fellow team members.
• Attention to detail and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to maintain productivity, efficiency and product quality.
• Perform visual inspection and testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Report data and coordinate with mold techs or maintenance for machine errors.
• Inspect parts for flow lines, shorts, and other defects; trim excess material as needed.
• Move product flow from injection molding to other work areas.
• Document hourly and daily production numbers for supervision.
• Package parts in bags, totes or boxes as applicable.
• Provide breaks as required by lead or supervisor.
• All other duties as assigned.
