Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 15–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Load and unload parts from molds and machines.
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Identify and report defects, machine issues, or material concerns to the supervisor.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Assist with material handling and packaging of finished products as needed.

Job description

Position Title: Mold Operator Wage: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Shift: 2nd, 3rd Hours: 2:54pm-11:00pm; 10:54pm-7:00am QPS Employment Group has a great Mold Operator position available at a company in Germantown, WI.

This is a 2nd and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Mold Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
