Deckorators Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the 2nd shift in its injection molding operation. You will lead a team on the floor, coordinate with maintenance, and prioritize production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement on the shift. PVC experience is a plus, and a solid track record in manufacturing is expected.

Formación

• Direct experience working with plastic injection molding processes and equipment is required.
• PVC injection molding experience is strongly preferred.
• Two to four years of manufacturing experience required.
• One to three years of experience leading, supervising, or managing employees required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the daily operations of the injection molding department during second shift.
• Direct, train, coach, and develop production employees.
• Communicate daily production priorities, expectations, and performance results to the team.
• Assign employees and equipment based on production schedules, staffing needs, machine availability, and mold capacity.
• Monitor production performance and make adjustments to meet safety, quality, cost, and output expectations.
