Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in Industrial Manufacturing, Electrical, or related field.
• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, welding, and mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read manuals, drawings, and use common software tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and controls.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components and test repairs.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and related control systems to diagnose issues.
• Plan repairs from drawings or verbal instructions and document changes.
• Direct helpers on repair projects and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Assist in training other staff and maintain accurate records.
