Job summary

Staffmark is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct hire in Mason, OH. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of industrial production equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, read schematics, and work with PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs. Welding and CNC experience are a plus; a high school diploma or GED and related training are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Additional technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or related fields is a plus.
Welding certifications or maintenance-related certifications are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial production equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
Repair and replace motors, pumps, electrical components, and defective machine parts.
Read and troubleshoot equipment using electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
Perform Stick and MIG welding repairs as needed.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, HMI, and VFD-controlled equipment.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
Ensure all equipment operates according to manufacturer and company specifications.
Operate CNC machinery through screen interfaces when required.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Follow all company safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
