Staffmark Group seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire evening shift in Mason, OH. Pay ranges $25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience.

Duties include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, welding, PLC/HMI/VFD work, and CNC operation as needed, with strict safety and documentation requirements. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and technical training in maintenance or electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or related fields is a plus.
• Welding certifications or maintenance-related certifications are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
• Repair and replace motors, pumps, electrical components, and defective machine parts.
• Read and troubleshoot equipment using electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Perform Stick and MIG welding repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, HMI, and VFD-controlled equipment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
• Ensure all equipment operates according to manufacturer and company specifications.
• Operate CNC machinery through screen interfaces when required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
