Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience (industrial preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience with motors, controls, and production equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical and electrical components.
• Install and repair wiring, motors, and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Inspect drives, belts, motors, and fluids with checklists.
• Log repairs and updates in CMMS before shift end.
• Assist with inventory tracking for parts and supplies.
• Support equipment installs and system upgrades.
• Follow safety standards (LOTO, OSHA).
