Job summary

Our client, a well-established family-owned manufacturer, is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for its second shift in the United States. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment across the plant, including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, and automated packaging gear.

You will also perform preventive maintenance on site equipment and rolling stock, document work orders, and participate in safety meetings while working independently to keep lines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults.
• Proficiency with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, and packaging equipment.
• High school diploma or GED obtained.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical faults and perform repairs with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance on older production equipment and mobile site equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate equipment status during shift changes.
