Fivestar in Sedalia, MO is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (2nd shift) to perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance on CNC machinery and related equipment. You will align machines, troubleshoot systems, and document activities using CMMS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.
• Proficient with testing equipment and CMMS software.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Repair facility equipment including air compressors, HVAC systems, and related equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings and schematics.
• Perform machine alignments using conventional, laser, and electronic methods.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair industrial pump systems.
• Provide daily maintenance reports and status updates.
• Utilize CMMS to document and track maintenance activities.
• Complete preventive and planned maintenance procedures.
