Sora Resource Group is assisting a Sedalia, MO-based manufacturing operation to hire an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift. The role focuses on precision machine installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across CNC machinery, robotics, and facility systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and solid proficiency with CMMS and reading schematics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, drawings.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical repair.
• Proficient with testing equipment and safety practices.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Repair CNC machinery, robotics, and machining centers.
• Diagnose and fix hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use CMMS for maintenance logging and reporting.
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Respond quickly to downtime to minimize production impact.
