Job summary

CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for Kilgore, TX on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm). The role focuses on maintaining plant equipment, diagnosing mechanical issues, and supporting safety and quality initiatives.

Eligible for full benefits, PTO, and company programs after start. Must be able to read schematics and operate power tools in a warehouse setting. You will work under the Industrial Maintenance Manager to keep conveyors, pneumatics and hydraulics running

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial/warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures on plant equipment (conveyors, pallet handling systems).
• Assist with pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Document performance data and work orders in CMMS.
• Participate in health and safety programs and trainings.
