Job summary

Camfil is seeking an Engineering Technician for 2nd shift in Kilgore, TX. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing manufacturing equipment, robotic cells, and automation systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical diploma in mechatronics, robotics, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance or automation support.
Experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting PLC-controlled systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and production systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related failures.
Troubleshoot complex equipment issues to minimize downtime and restore production safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and machine manuals.
Utilize CMMS to document maintenance activities and plans.
