Job summary

Nature’s Way, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm) in Green Bay, WI. The role focuses on facility upkeep, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance to keep manufacturing and distribution equipment in top condition.

Qualifications include an industrial mechanic degree or certification and 5–8 years in related work, with PLC knowledge and reading schematics. GMP experience is a plus; driver’s license required. Benefits on day one of employment.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanic degree or certification required with electrical/mechanical repair background.
• Minimum 5–8 years related work experience, maintenance experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day facility upkeep and equipment repair.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Develop and maintain Preventative Maintenance program SOPs.
• Coordinate maintenance projects with cross-functional teams.
• Source parts and manage basic tool inventories.
