Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to maintain and service production and warehousing equipment in a safe, GMP-compliant environment. You will work with contractors and report to the Technical Supervisor, ensuring safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, line setup and teardown, and maintaining equipment inventories. A sign-on bonus is offered based on performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GMP guidelines and quality standards.
• Preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshooting mechanical devices to maintain productivity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Basic math and measurement using standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service production/warehousing equipment on 2nd shift.
• Collaborate with Technical Supervisor and outside contractors.
• Document actions, irregularities and ongoing needs.
• Assist setup and teardown of production lines.
• Maintain safety and comply with company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
