Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure reliable operation of facility safety systems and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and collaboration with production and leadership to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical maintenance and repair skills for industrial equipment.
• Electrical troubleshooting, including 480V systems and PLC controls.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility safety devices and production equipment per preventive maintenance schedule.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on printing presses and converting machinery.
• Install, upgrade, and modify equipment to support production needs.
• Troubleshoot issues using root cause analysis and repair manuals.
• Manage work orders and spare parts inventory to ensure timely maintenance.
• Communicate maintenance plans with department heads and operators.
• Adhere to safety, GMP requirements, and procedures and support safety training.
