Job summary

The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform a range of semi-skilled to skilled electrical/electronic work, ensuring safe operation of equipment on site.

Qualifications

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including power distribution, control panels, sensors, relays, contractors, and motor controls.
• Identify root causes of electrical failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment using testing devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to guide work.
• Operate repaired machinery to verify performance.
