Eaton is seeking an IGX Fronts, Technician II for the 2nd shift at our Greenwood, SC facility located at 517 Puckett Ferry Road. The position offers a $20.00 per hour base rate plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, with training on daytime hours for about 90 days.

Eligible for a variable incentive program. Responsibilities include following drawings and instructions, performing wiring operations, mounting electrical equipment, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience with hand and pneumatic tools.

Responsabilités

• Follow electrical and mechanical drawings, sketches, and written/verbal instructions per procedures.
• Complete ISO, quality, customer, and production checklists for supervision, drafting, customer service, and engineering as required.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations as needed.
• Regularly lift and assemble heavy copper components.
• Report Kanban inventory shortages to the appropriate operators.
• Inspect assemblies for missing/loose hardware and ensure cleanliness.
• Respond to change notices, customer requests, and development updates.
• Support engineering, drafting, and supervision with customer-driven development work.
• Train and coach colleagues to support knowledge transfer and skill development.
