Sanofi is hiring a BSL III HVAC Technician on the 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm, Tue-Sat with overtime). The role supports a GMP/GLP environment at the Swiftwater site, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards. The position requires a relevant degree or significant experience in equipment maintenance, strong troubleshooting abilities, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 2+ years of equipment maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of equipment maintenance experience.
• In-depth equipment knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of precision maintenance concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, and repair site-wide equipment.
• Work on intricate, site-specific equipment and systems.
• Possess up to 25% overtime with short notice and varying shifts per business needs.
• Interface with customers to provide reliable, safe, and efficient equipment operation and uptime.
• Perform timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Consider HSE factors for maintenance (permits, PTW, LOTO).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of work orders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance operations.
