Sanofi is seeking a BSL III HVAC Technician for the 2nd shift in Swiftwater, PA. The role focuses on maintaining GMP/GLP environments, troubleshooting HVAC and related systems, and ensuring equipment reliability in a 24/7 operation.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Associate degree with relevant maintenance experience, strong electrical knowledge, and familiarity with CMMS and Metasys systems. Overtime and shift flexibility are required as production needs dictate.

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 2+ years of equipment maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on GMP/GLP/non-GMP equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems to ensure uptime.
• Work overtime up to 25% and adapt to various shifts as needed.
• Interface with customers and support teams to maintain safe, reliable equipment operation.
• Read schematics and blueprints; manage PTW/LOTO and HSE considerations.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all site wide equipment in order to maintain a quality Class A environment in GMP, GLP and non GMP facilities at the Swiftwater site.This position reports to and supports the area team Maintenance Manager or Deputy Director who is ultimately responsible for the efficient, effective, and reliable operation of all equipment in their area. The Maintenance Technician will have interactions with all levels of the organization including HSE, M&S (manufacturing & Supply), Engineering, External Contractors, R&D, Msat, and various other support groups. The Maintenance Technician is a member of a maintenance team that supports GMP, GLP and/or non GMP, areas at the Swiftwater site. The equipment and systems include both GMP, GLP and non GMP areas. The 7/24 GMP production environment requires maintenance under regulated conditions.
