This role operates press equipment following safety protocols and standards to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate brings hands-on manufacturing experience and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication at the team level.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Task driven and self-motivated.
• Detail oriented with accuracy.
• Basic math computation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions.
• Must acknowledge and follow critical procedures.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions of Press Lead, Supervisor, and Manager.
• Work in a two-man team to build products.
• Follow standards for setup, production operations, and safety protocols.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and quality goals.
• Enter QC data accurately.
• Execute schedules and ensure timely production.
• Maintain a clean and safe factory and comply with guidelines.
