Job summary

AKG North America – Mebane, NC is seeking a dependable HHP Assembler for the 2nd shift to build large cooling systems from detailed work orders and 3D models. You will locate parts, assemble units, and verify quality before moving them to packaging with motorized cranes or forklifts.

Read blueprints, interpret 3D models, handle measuring tools, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting production quotas.

Qualifications

• Read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
• Interpret 3D computer models and assembly drawings.
• Assemble cooling units per specification and blueprint instructions.
• Measure parts and verify quality to standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large cooling systems based on work orders and 3D models.
• Locate parts, assemble units, and ensure quality standards.
• Move units to packaging area using cranes or forklifts.
• Load finished products onto trucks for shipping.
• Document assembly compliance with AKG standards.
• Meet production quotas and maintain safety.
