Bell & Evans is hiring a Hatchery Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift (2PM–10:30PM). The role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment across production facilities to support safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automated systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnosing equipment issues and completing repairs.
• Repairing or replacing motors, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and other components.
• Installing and removing equipment as needed.
• Conducting equipment inspections and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ordering parts and supporting maintenance projects.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts that increase equipment reliability and production efficiency.
