Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a production associate for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

  • Comfortable operating presses, riveters, or hardware insertion equipment (training provided).
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Experience using gauges, calipers, and other measuring instruments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Install fasteners, brackets, studs, inserts, and other hardware onto metal components using manual and automated equipment.
  • Operate hardware-setting machines, including presses, riveters, and insertion equipment.
  • Read and follow work orders, blueprints, diagrams, and part drawings to ensure proper hardware placement and orientation.
  • Perform quality inspections to verify hardware is installed correctly and meets specifications.
  • Use gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and accuracy.
  • Stage materials and components to support efficient production flow.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and machine operation standards.

Job description

Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties:
