Job summary

Kemps is looking for a motivated Gripper Operator for their Cedarburg plant. This role requires precision and equipment handling skills to transport milk safely throughout the warehouse. The position offers competitive pay starting at $27.71 per hour, increasing to $30.75 after one year.

The Gripper Operator will work 10-12 hour rotating shifts from 4 PM, including weekends and some Sundays. Benefits include a 401(k) with company contribution, paid vacation, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment and at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport milk to various areas following computer directions.
