Job summary

Menasha Packaging Company, LLC is seeking a Specialty Gluer (Bobst Domino Operator) for the 2nd shift in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will set up the machine, prep sheets, feed stock, and fine-tune the system to ensure proper fold and bond for cartons ready for bundling or boxing.

You will adhere to GMP guidelines, ensure safety, and work toward quality goals while supporting a fast-paced production line. Advancement opportunities are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Operator experience in the corrugated industry for 3–5 years.
• Must be able to work overtime and rotating shifts.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and follow company policies.
• Program or call up orders on the computer and tune automated setup.
• Feed die-cut carton blanks, bring up stock and keep the machine running.
• Check quality and register, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Monitor stock and finished product for quality and accuracy.
• Participate in maintenance and keep work area clean.
• Direct crew members and assist as needed.
• Stack die-cut blanks from 72 inches high.
• Understand communication systems, schedules, and time reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
