Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring a Specialty Gluer Operator in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The 2nd shift runs 2:15pm to 10:45pm, five days a week, with overtime possible.

You will set up the Bobst Domino, feed stock, monitor quality, and supervise a small crew to ensure smooth production of folded and glued cartons. Requirements include 3–5 years of corrugated experience, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read a tape measure, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, corrugated industry experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of operator experience in corrugated.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust the Specialty Gluer (Bobst Domino) to ensure proper fold and bond.
• Feed die-cut carton blanks and manage stock to keep the machine running.
• Check product quality and confirm correct register.
• Direct crew members and maintain equipment cleanliness and safety.
