Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, IT, Engineering environment or equivalent experience; Master's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; High School Diploma with 9 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide directions to employees using management guidelines and policies.
• Direct and oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, on-time delivery, and adherence to budgeted costs.
• Lead manufacturing teams including hiring, training, performance management, and development.
• Drive employee efficiency and engagement to maximize output.
• Ensure quality products and process improvements.
• Complete SAP/MES transactions as required.
