Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a full-time General Laborer (2nd Shift) for a premier production facility in Wentzville, MO (63385). This fast-paced role offers consistent hours with strong overtime potential and paid cross-training across multiple stations from day one.

You will perform vehicle and product prep, surface preparation, and production line support, with focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• A valid Driver’s License is required to move and stage vehicles.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, including mandatory end-of-shift overtime and weekend production runs when required.
• Detail and hand-eye coordination are essential for clean tape lines and precise prep work.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, reach and use hand tools in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Reliable attendance and transportation to Wentzville, MO 63385 is expected.
• Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & Product Prep: blow out dust, clean truck beds, apply protective tape.
• Surface Preparation: scuff surfaces for proper liner adhesion and align emblems/logos.
• Production Line Support: load and position prepped products for spraying.
• Demasking & Quality Control: remove plastic, reveal edges, check thickness and cleanliness.
• Station Rotation: rotate through prep, detailing and QA stations along the line.
