Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Willingness and ability to work any day of the week, including mandatory weekends and overtime.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to follow technical instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, stretch, tape, and work around vehicles.
• Adherence to shift policies and good attendance.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Surface Cleaning & Dusting: Blow out dust, clean truck beds, and prep surfaces for liner adhesion.
• Taping & Precision Masking: Apply tape and protective sheeting for clean lines.
• Emblem & Logo Installation: Place logos inside truck beds before spraying.
• Demasking & Quality Verification: Remove coverings and verify thickness specs after coating.
• Station Rotation: Cross-train across prep, masking, and finishing stations.
• Safety Adherence: Maintain clean work area and follow PPE guidelines.
