HW Staffing Solutions in Covington, KY is hiring General Labor Production Workers to join the production floor on 1st or 2nd shifts. No prior experience or interview is required, and entry-level training is provided to help you start quickly.

Pay ranges from $13.00 to $14.50 per hour, with 1st shift at $13.00, 2nd shift at $13.50, and Heavy Lifters starting at $14.00. Schedules are roughly 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, with orientation Mon–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Work on production lines and assist with daily production activities
• Perform general labor duties as assigned
• Move and organize product
• Follow production and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Heavy Lifters may be required to regularly lift and move heavier products
