Job summary

Advance Staffing Solutions (The Advance Group) is seeking a 2nd Shift General Labor Worker in Toledo, OH to operate in a fast-paced metal finishing environment. The role offers $18/hr with a $1.50/hr shift premium and a 3:30 pm–12 am schedule on weekdays.

Responsibilities include feeding parts into sandblasting equipment, moving parts for processing, inspecting quality, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace with proper paperwork and measurements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Must be able to squat, stoop, bend and lift with ease.
• Ability to read and calculate measurements to the hundredth.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Excellent attendance.
• Able to lift 10 lbs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Putting parts into machine for sandblasting.
• Moving parts around and quality inspection.
• Sandblasting and handling chemicals with care.
• Keeping your workspace clean and your paperwork on point.
