The Advance Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Worker for our Toledo, OH metal finishing operation. You will operate plating and coating machines, move parts with forklifts and overhead cranes, and perform sandblasting and plasma cutting with care.

This role requires solid mechanical ability, hands-on tool experience, and a strong safety mindset. Expect to read measurements precisely, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years tenure in manufacturing or with hand tools or machine operation.
• Extensive knowledge and use of hand and power tools.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred, or willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail and ability to stand for the shift.

Responsabilités

• Run plating and coating machines efficiently and safely.
• Move parts with forklifts and overhead cranes as needed.
• Sandblasting, plasma cutting, and handling chemicals with care.
• Maintain tidy workspace and accurate paperwork.
