Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Sandblaster in Toledo, OH. The ideal candidate will operate sandblasting equipment to clean and finish metal surfaces, follow safety protocols, and maintain records. This full-time role requires physical stamina, reliability, and attention to detail.

Compensation is $20.00/hour with a benefits package including health, dental, and vision. The position is on 2nd shift, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, offering opportunities for growth within a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sandblasting or industrial cleaning preferred; training may be provided.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and physical environments.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• At least 3 years at each employer.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

• Set up, maintain, and adjust blasting equipment as needed.
• Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with additional shop duties as needed.
• Report any equipment issues or defects to supervisors.
• Keep excellent written records, self-starter with mindset to be great at what you do and expand

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a Sandblaster in Toledo, OH. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sandblaster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cleaning metal surfaces using industrial sandblasting equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($20.00/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shift: 2nd shift 3:30PM to 12AM
