Pro Resources Staffing Services in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Sandblaster / Industrial Blaster for a direct hire. The role offers a four-day workweek with a shift premium on 2nd shift and a base pay of $19–$22 per hour based on experience.

Choose Your Shift: 1st shift 5:30 AM–4:00 PM or 2nd shift 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, with a $3/hour premium. Responsibilities include blasting, surface cleaning, post-blast inspection, and equipment upkeep. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Sandblasting or abrasive surface preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain blasting equipment.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
