Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds and work in damp, cold or hot environments.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Demonstrate caring attitude when training team members and prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate slicer and package bacon according to Tyson Standards.
• Assist with multiple duties as needed (barrel runner, box preparation, scaler/weigher, labeler, trimmer, stacker).
