Shively Bros., Inc. is seeking a diligent Gage/Quality Technician to support automotive manufacturing by managing gages, ensuring accurate calibration, and performing correlation studies.

You will collaborate with quality engineers to uphold standards, maintain detailed calibration records, and troubleshoot measurement devices, contributing to continuous improvement and reliable manufacturing operations. The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and at least two years

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in quality technician role, automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with gage calibration and measurement devices; understands gage correlation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving; able to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication with quality engineers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track all gages used in manufacturing.
• Calibrate gages regularly and document calibration activity.
• Perform gage correlation studies to verify measurement consistency.
• Collaborate with quality engineers to ensure standards compliance.
• Maintain records of calibration, maintenance, and studies.
• Troubleshoot gage issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure gages comply with industry standards and regulations.
