Knowles Precision Devices is seeking a 2nd Shift Front-End Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

You will supervise production staff, balance lines, coordinate with planning, engineering, maintenance, and quality, monitor KPIs, and champion Lean practices to deliver operational excellence on a fast-paced shop floor.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, scrap, labor efficiency, downtime, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Balance production lines and determine staffing to support changing demands.
• Coordinate activities across Production, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to maintain efficiency.
• Identify and elevate operational risks affecting safety, quality, delivery, or productivity.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for operators and team leads.
• Manage workforce planning, attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage.
