Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to safely operate powered industrial vehicles and transport materials within the facility. The role requires continuous equipment operation, adherence to safety standards, and readiness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with increases to $22.50 after 90 days and $23.00 after 6 months. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with mandatory overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of health and safety training programs and instructions that are written in English.
• Use of basic hand tools such as wrenches and pliers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to move materials throughout the facility.
• Transport materials and empty dumpsters with forklift.
• Work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions.
• Follow safety standards and wear required PPE.
• Maintain forklift certification and visual acuity requirements.
• Operate across shifts including nights with overtime.
