Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Machine Operator on the Insulfoam team in Mead, Nebraska for the second shift. The role involves moving materials with a propane sit-down forklift, supporting production, and performing related duties on a 40-hour week with optional overtime.

Starting pay is $22.46 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus (half after 90 days, half after 180 days). Onsite, full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older, onsite work.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shift forklift inspections.
• Record maintenance data, quality inspection data and production metrics.
• Safely operate a propane sit-down forklift to move materials and finished goods.
• Assist with housekeep ing and follow facility processes.
• Fill in on other plant areas as needed.
