Carlisle Companies is seeking a Machine Operator for the Insulfoam team in Mead, Nebraska. This 2nd shift role involves operating a propane sit-down forklift, moving materials, and supporting multiple plant areas as needed.
Starting pay is $22.46 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The position is fully onsite with a standard 40-hour week and occasional overtime; 2pm–10:30pm shift. Benefits start Day 1 and include comprehensive coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Job Summary
Forklift Operators support Insulfoam departments with the movement of materials and products, including taking part in warehouse organizing and finished goods inspection, taking product off the production line and putting it away in designated locations in the warehouse, loading and unloading customer trucks.
Forklift Operators also fill in for other jobs in plant (e.g., Machine Operator) as business needs dictate. Standard work week 40 hours a week with occasional overtime, no travel required.
Shift: 2pm-1030pm, OT as required
Starting Pay: $22.46
A sign on bonus in the gross amount of $1000.00,1/2 paid after 90 days and the last 1/2 paid after 180 days of employment.
