Job summary

Warehouse-Specialists,-LLC-2 in Neenah, WI, is seeking a non-rotating Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri 2:00pm–10:00pm). This full-time, on-site role supports customer needs with safe material handling and a competitive benefits package.

You will unload, inspect, stock inbound freight, and pick orders using RF scanners and sit-down lifts. Overtime, weekends may be required; pay includes shift premiums and planned increases at 6, 12, and 18 months.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to the shift and travel between facilities.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills for counts and paperwork.
• Ability to operate RF scanners to manage inventory.
• Experience with lift trucks; willingness to learn attachments.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspect, unload, and store product from inbound trailers via lift truck.
• Operate a lift truck to pick orders and load trailers, containers, and railcars.
• Use material handling technology to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Follow safety SOPs and position standards at all times.
