Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (2:30PM - 11:00PM, Mon–Fri) in Arizona. The role involves safe operation of forklifts, EPJ, and other MHE to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management in daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking, consolidating products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six (6) months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including, but not limited to a forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform essential duties while adhering to safety and operational standards.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment, including EPJ use.
• Replenish inventory in appropriate storage bays and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
