Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts, EPJs, and other material handling equipment to ensure precise order fulfillment and inventory control in a 2nd shift in Arizona. Base pay is $20.17/hour with a $0.50 shift differential; incentive eligibility is No.

The role supports loading/unloading, picking, consolidation, and adherence to safety and quality standards while contributing to efficient warehouse operations and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six (6) months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts and EPJ.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment, including EPJ use.
• Replenish inventory in storage bays and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
