Job summary

Pacer Group in Redlands, CA is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move, load, unload, and replenish products within our distribution center.

The role requires 2+ years of Slip Sheet forklift experience, experience with multiple MHE types (Order Picker, Reach Truck, Counterbalance), RF scanner/WMS proficiency, reading distribution documents, and basic computer skills. Lift 50+ lbs, schedule 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and contract 12+ months.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Slip Sheet forklift experience.
• Experience operating multiple types of MHE, including Order Picker, Reach Truck and Counterbalance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use an RF scanner and WMS.
• Ability to read and follow distribution documents.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments.
• Move and store palletized products.
• Replenish picking locations.
• Use RF scanners and WMS for inventory accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assist and cross-train in other warehouse areas as needed.
