Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Redlands, CA is seeking a Forklift Operator with reach truck experience for a 12‑month contract on W2. Work 40 hours per week on the 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm) at a Medical Devices distribution site.

You will load and unload shipments using the WMS, operate MHE including reach, order picker, and counterbalance forklifts, use an RF scanner, report discrepancies, and keep safety as a priority. A HS diploma or GED is required; forklift certification must be obtainable quickly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Read and interpret distribution documents in English.
• Operate MHE and use RF scanner with basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.
• Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure safe loading/off-loading to prevent pallet damage.
• Locate and replenish picking locations and assist as needed.
• Become knowledgeable in other warehouse positions and provide backup.
